From the bar Ruscio go along the SS 471 towards Leonessa. After about 50 m take the road on the right which at first rises steeply, but which after 500 m continues on the flat. Go straight past the abandoned farmhouse, keeping to the left and after approx 1 km you will come out on a bend where you now keep to the right-hand side. When you reach a crossroads, go straight over towards Villa Cesi. Once past the farmhouse, after approx. 400 m turn right at the fork and follow the no entry sign. Keep straight ahead for about 700 m. Ford the stream, continue uphill and when you reach the wide, dirt track, turn right and soon afterwards you will come to the 16th century parish church of Madonna delle Grazie. Take a rest and then return to the information shelter, take the wide road on the right and continue downhill. When you get to a green, iron gate on your left, take the turning off to the right. Continue as far as the tarmac road and turn right uphill. Take the downhill path on your left near a large shed. Once you have forded the stream, walk along the pebbly river bed and then on the dirt track. On your way back up, go through 2 sections closed by barbed wire gates which you must remember to close. After the last gate turn left and return to your starting point.
